“A failure in terms of security,” this is how the Council for Peace and Security, consulted by the Israeli Supreme Court of Justice, described the latest proposals made by the Israeli Defense Ministry on the construction of a portion of the separation wall between Palestine and Israel in the Cremisan Valley.

This is one of the most interesting facts to come out since the last hearing, on Monday, November 30, in a trial that has gone on for years and that directly involves over 50 Christian families in Beit Jala, not far from Bethlehem, who own houses and farmland there as well, as the convent and the monastery belonging to the Salesians, who run a school and different different farming activities.
