New Years Appeal 2020

Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart. – PHILIPPIANS 4:6

"Homeless Jesus" bronze statue image with quote, "For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says the LORD,‘plans for your welfare, and not for calamity, to give you hope and a future. – JEREMI AH 29:11"“A new year is a reminder of God’s provision and promise for a new beginning. As Jesus reminds us in the Bible: “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. – JOHN 16:33

As Christians, we are called to bring light to darkness. We are called to lift up those who are suffering.

Sadly, our Christian brothers and sisters living in the Holy Land are among those who struggle the most. This past year has brought unprecedented financial strife in the form of the pandemic. This has only magnified the existing discrimination and economic hardships that they face on a daily basis, forcing many Holy Land Christians to leave the land that they love the most. But you can help.

As we welcome a new year, we ask that you prayerfully consider what you can do to make a difference in their lives. By lifting them up in prayer, God will comfort them. And by making a financial gift to FFHL, your generosity will be a tangible blessing that renews their spirit.

FFHL PresidentYours in Christ,
Father Peter Vasko, OFM
