(The Jerusalem Post) In a major precedent-setting case, the National Labor Court on Wednesday that non-Jews must choose a set day as their off-day from the workplace and cannot alter that day on a week-to-week basis.
The court added that the “day of rest” can be chosen from Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but remain constant.
