(Terrasanta.net) Speaking recently of Catholic-Jewish relations and the importance of mutual understanding, respect and forgiveness, Pope Francis said, “When any minority is persecuted and marginalized on account of its religious beliefs or ethnic origin, the good of society as a whole is placed in danger, and we must all consider ourselves affected.” This could be said certainly about the situations that face Christians in the Holy Land on a daily basis.
