(CNA) Three youth, one of each of the major religions in the Holy Land said education is key in solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict when speaking on a panel at a conference held in Washington DC this week. The article was written by Adelaide Mena for CNA. The issue, of course, is a very complex one that cannot be solved immediately. But the students were convinced that education, dialogue and mutual sharing were ways that human rights could be better protected for everyone. And that has been what the Franciscan Foundation for the Holy Land has been humbly but firmly saying for 16 years since its founding in 1996.
