Washington D.C. | Rome | Assisi
November 30 – December 12
Experience a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage with the Franciscan Foundation for the Holy Land (FFHL) during the Catholic Church’s 2025 Jubilee Year, a sacred time of renewal, prayer and reflection. This Jubilee is focused on hope, providing the perfect opportunity to strengthen your faith while supporting FFHL’s mission.
This 13-day journey begins in Washington, D.C., at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land. Here, we’ll visit replicas of Holy Land sites, setting the spiritual tone for what lies ahead. Then, we’ll travel to Italy, guided by FFHL President Fr. John Puodziunas, OFM, to explore Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis, and the holy city of Rome. You’ll walk in the footsteps of St. Francis and St. Clare, visiting sacred sites and historic churches that are central to the Franciscan legacy.
Along the way, pilgrims will engage in moments of prayer, reflection and fellowship, with the unique opportunity to receive a plenary indulgence. This pilgrimage goes beyond travel—it’s a chance to reignite your spirit, strengthen your faith, and directly support FFHL’s work in the Holy Land, where your journey directly impacts communities in need.
Join us for this special 2025 Jubilee Year Pilgrimage and experience a year of hope in the heart of the Catholic faith.
